Thank you for taking a look at our new website. SPEQ Design has technically been up and running for a little while now, we have both had our own projects going on which often overlap in the skills required and it seemed like a natural progression to merge our skills and form a company we both run.

As you’ll see when reading our core values in the ‘About Us’ page, this company is very unique in the sense we have such strong visions regarding sustainability for all and we provide the entire Design & Build package under one roof, leaving you with a much less stressful experience than can often be the case. From our combined years of experience, we bring something new to the industry, we bring innovative approaches with the entire process in mind through each step of the project. For years, various parties involved in the project do their bit with no foresight as to how this affects the remainder of the project. This is how we truly make our projects more Sustainable, Precise, Economic and of high Quality (SPEQ).

We are in the midst of some very exciting projects at the moment, all at various stages, and look forward to sharing these with you soon. Here’s a sneak peak into one of our latest designs which we absolutely love. This property really utilises the site and takes advantage of the natural light throughout the day with the external design and each room positioned accordingly. Light planning is such an integral part of Architectural Design.
